general terms and condition
The current
general terms and conditions to the time of your order is valid. If you want to
change them you have to inform mobilschmuck.com in written form. Both sides
have to accept and sign it.
Shipment
and payment:
We ship the
goods referred to your shipment address. If one or more articles not in stock
we will inform you immediately and we will ship the articles as soon as
possible to you.
Our prices
are incl. tax.
The minimum
order value is 5,00 Euro. You will get the goods naturally in the next 2
working days (German, Austria and Switzerland) and 3-5 days other countries.
Regarding
defective parts the local law is valid.
We will not
accept complain about set of samples as well as already used goods. If the
terms are invalidate or can not used cause local law, that will have no impact
in the rest of terms and conditions of mobilschmuck.com
